Abasha Holistic Retreat (operated by Island Property Development Ltd.) is a proposed land and house mix-use development. The area being developed is
gently sloping, located at Balata, Morne-Du-Don. Island Property Development
aims to transform approximately five (5) acres of land into an innovative, self-
sufficient residential and commercial community for mid-income families. The
residential portion will facilitate the construction of 16 single mid-income family
